Agency is implementing the third
of our String of Pearls vision plans
for the historic districts of
Lincoln City.
 
Our intention is to go about it in a
different way this time. Instead of
contracting with a single firm, we
invited professionals from all over
the country to form a design team,
to develop the vision for the revi-
talization of the Nelscott Community.
